Bingo!

Assumes we dont work weekends or PHs - I worked most Sunday mornings, last Monday and the Queen's Thursday

And I'm still all for those that work during the week / weekend getting penalty rates when they go over the 35 hour week

Is that part of your employment or are you self employed

Self employed

Nah it was the biggest scam on the planet. I worked weekends as a casual for over 5 years. Worked every Sunday from 8am-5pm.

Rock up hangover as buggery from a night on the town, on the odd occasion pretty much straight from the club. Get to work no management was around so everything was a little bit more relaxed and cozy. Some days the centre was busier than during the week other times it wasn't. Do as little as possible, plenty of chit chat and earn double the money. Sundays was also the day we did cafe Stocktake so plenty of free food to sit an eat in the back office.

I once slept on the shitter for 4 hours on a Saturday collecting double time, I got the cab to drop me there straight from town.

Sounds like one of my Port U19 Sunday morning training sessions. Needless to say I was dropped that week, don't think I went back either from memory. Young and dumb.
Whoops, there goes another year. Whoops, there goes another pint of beer.

Same wankers who say "they're going training tonight" referring to the gym.
"What are you training for?" There's no game on the weekend, heck, you don't even play sport. Just say "you're going to the gym"

Sorry in advance

Is becoming very in-vogue.

Alot of those little Asian cafes will now let you pick your salad bowl with X amount of vegetable plus 1 protein (either egg or meat generally)

Ol’ mate zapping last night’s curry in the kitchen at work. I do love a curry but copping a whiff of it at 5am is a bit much…

In perth a couple of weeks back we returned the hire car and there was a small crack in the windscreen (the bottom bit near the bonnet), we didnt notice it when we picked it up and didn't realise it was there until they pointed it out. We have now been hit with the repair of $340 & excess of $400.

Even if it did happen while we were driving it, how are we supposed to stop a stone flicking up and cracking the windscreen? We didn't go on any dirt roads. How can we be liable for this?

Any thoughts? Im going to put in a complaint

Ask them for the report when it was returned prior to you taking it?

They reckon it wasn't there, so it happened when we had it

I would've thought their insurance would cover it. Are they saying they think you're legally liable for it? E.g. are they citing a clause in the contract?
