Are we married to each other? The wife has had the same issue all week, we went away on the weekend and she could barely talk, she apologised in advance but I replied with a beaming smile "That is just fine love, I'm sure I'll understand"

Little tear I think, felt a little ping as I was going up and incline and pushed off.

yeah sounds like it.
From experience, best thing to do is to get a physio appt. depending on the location of the tear will dictate your rehab plan.

Crap, don't give ya money to those robbers. You go there then they send you home and you do everything for them, kinda like the steak you have to cook yourself at the Woody Hotel.
Whoops, there goes another year. Whoops, there goes another pint of beer.

To the best of my knowledge all Qantas flights from SYD-ADL departed today. One left about 5hrs late though.
Nearly all flights with all airlines out of SYD were late today with times varying between 1/2 hr to 1hr as a general guide

Not at all.
Just stating that to the best of my knowledge there wasn’t any SYD-ADL services completely cancelled today. Some were shockingly late and some other city pairings cancelled at Qantas.
About 90% of flights out of SYD were delayed today across all airlines but Qantas seemed to have the biggest delays today.
Outside of work I don’t fly with Qantas for a number of reasons so not sticking up for them
