Uber, they canceled two trips of mine over the weekend but charge me $10 for doing so.

Upon going through hoops of fire to try and contact them they give me 2 x $10 trip credits, they took the money straight out of my bank account, they should refund it straight away.

Trying to contact them is virtually impossible.

I've never seen so many drivers speed than I have over the last couple of weeks. 50% of drivers are over the limit.

We post lead times for various products, depending on work load, I'm chasing something 6 working days late ( lead time was 10 working days when posted for manufacture ) and I got "This is pretty disappointing mate" when I went "Where the f*ck is it?"

Settlement on our new house is due today, at 2.00pm to be precise.

Over the past few weeks we have been in contact with our conveyancer, making sure everything was in order.... yes all good was the reply.

Yesterday late afternoon get a confirming e-mail everything in in order, and as we had transferred excess funds (as estimates for some things water etc is all they cam go on) that we would have a little over $400 coming back our way, and please advise bank account details so transfer of excess funds could come back to us. Sweet no problem.

I get an e-mail about half an hour ago, or 3 hours until settlement, sorry we miscalculated, please arrange urgent transfer of $1,600 to facilitate your settlement today. ARE YOU ******* KIDDING ME!!!!!!

Suffice to say a flurry of e-mails has followed, along with a phone call & a text message to the bloke who runs the conveyancing business.

Not copping this.

I went through that we bought our house, 90 minutes before closing I was told I needed to pay $2350 immediately or it wouldn’t go through and the contract cancelled. Had no indication at all beforehand

There must be some good conveyancers among them.

I've used Holdfast Conveyancing a few times and have always been happy with the service.
