Are fast better than Fastway
Fastway must employ anyone with no limits on vehicles.
I had an Indian dude rock up one day in a 1960’s bongo van.

They should chuck him on the Ruby Princess.
After reading the High Court's decision, I'm amazed his conviction wasn't overturned in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

I know they’re busy because of Easter and everything else happening right now but how hard is it to deliver parcels from Melbourne to Adelaide
in a timely manner?
Been waiting over 2 weeks now and the tracking app just says it’s been delayed.
No shit Sherlock but when will I get my parcels.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Australia Post are the worst organisation for customer service you will encounter.
Ordering through Catch I don’t think you get a choice of courier.
They are by far the worse in my experience as well.

Several times but I can’t get through.
Emailed as well but just get an auto reply to say they are currently busy to try again in 3 days.
Not sure what I’m ‘trying’ though.

If you have the tracking number call AP rather than COTD

Still about 2000 tonnes of unprocessed freight in the network.amber_fluid wrote:Brodlach wrote:amber_fluid wrote:Brodlach wrote:Have you rung about them?

It’s AP I’m calling.
Or trying at least.
Tracking number x 2 shows no movement since the 6th.
IIRC Jim mentioned they are 2 weeks behind so that could well be the case here.

Breaking records daily and the network is swamped

The nature of my job is that sometimes I don't get the ROI that I would like, sometimes I do and some sting more than others. This one really stings. I held their hand all the way through, all of them and they've undercut me and sold me up the river.
