Yankalilla bakery

Thai Chicken curry Pie, Chilli kransky w/sauce can of Coke Zero $13.10

The pie was simply the best pie I’ve ever eaten! And by a mile. Flakey pastry, absolutely beautiful filling full of taste lovely blend of spice and generous chunks of Chicken.

Kransky was fine but it had a hard act to follow.

Highly recommend

I'm really not a flan of this humour.

Its a trifle too much waffle for me.

You guys need to learn you can't have your cake and eat it too!

Bwahahaha

Yep was down there in Sun am , the butchers next door is 1st class too.

Had one of their quiches for tea on Monday

Only other bakery in the state that can be mentioned in the same breath is the Apex at Tanunda, purely for their Deutscherkuchen.

Benjamin on Franklin

Lemon lime n bitters and an oatmeal stout from lobethal brewery to start.

Crispy chicken skin isnt available so have kicked off with the salmon and beetroot cake. And that is superb!!!!

Waiting on blackened beef and pork belly for mains.

Quirky little joint with little areas all over the place.

Stay tuned

Mains

Oh my word....the Blackened beef was cooked Medium as stated on the menu...it was just melt in mouth...awesome.
Pork Belly....it was a massive serving....and superb also according to Mrs.

Flavours of the main are just lingering beautifully.

Now onto Dessert

Fresh berry thingy for the Mrs and Ive gone the Chocolate Brownie.

So far I cant really fault anything.

Dessert was just delightful!!!
