Beer and tequila (doesn't sound like a great mix) but an awesome beer IMO.

Have 2 cartons coming to adelaide in a few weeks ready for AFL grand final day, cant wait!!!

Speaking of mixes, Carlton Cold tried a mix with vodka and called it the "Carlton Cold Shot", it was pretty lethal at 6%, dont remember it being around long

Oh yeah, remember that one. Was the same price as the regular Carlton Cold at the footy club so it was a no brainer. Tasted exactly like a vodka shot in average beer should- Average!

Lord Nelson Pale Ale - Grabbed a loose one while picking up some lagers at Dans and although a nice flavour there isn't enough of it, flavour, that is. Very mild ale indeed. 6/10

Monteiths Golden Lager - Quite like this one, grabbed 6 of these and 6 of another beer I will *ahem* review tonight and pass on tomorrow. Would be a nice summer beer this one. Had the first one at just chilled temp and was not as nice as the frosty ones I enjoyed later in the evening. 7/10

Beechworth Pale Ale from a small brewery in Beechworth).
This was the best of their beers IMO, but I couldn't drink too many. I'm not much of a pale ale fan.

Just having a Hahn White at the moment, was $10 a 6-pk so thought I'd give it a crack.
Bit of a funny taste and only 1.1 standard drinks, may be first and last time!
Anyone rate it?

european lager coopers home brew

1 week in bottle - can get an idea on the taste of this after it matures a little longer in the bottle. Actually not a bad result.

Give it a few more weeks to mature MT79, i know its tempting but will definitely get better with time.
I have been doing home brew for a few years and really you can make some nice beers especially with the coopers stuff.
So long you sterilize and clean your equipment properly your half way there. I love making the Coopers Pilsener light & refreshing for summer drinking.
