What’s the difference between Sirloin & Porterhouse?

Sirloin normally has slightly more fat on the outside which gives a bit more flavor and porterhouse I find slightly tougher.

Maybe that’s just me.

My T-Bone is rare to rare medium so I can cook them quite easily. 4.5 minutes one one side and 3.5 minutes the second side.

I love loinies too, Specially Foods always have them for $16.99 a kilo. Love them with salt
