Your a thirsty man Brod. No doubts about that

I had a 6 pack of Little Creatures (the 5.2% version) last night. Currently $16 at first choice liquor which is very reasonable IMO. I am happy to say it is now my current favourite, i cant imagine anyone not liking that beer. To quote one of the blokes that brews at the brew shop...."I drank VB for 20 straight years before i discovered what real taste in a beer means, what a f#cking waste of 20 good drinking years!"

Bought a box of Pure Blonde White, much more flavour than the original Pure Blonde.

Took a six pack around to friends who were drinking the original blonde and noticed on the little panel on the back that the White beer has double the carbs and double the sugar. Why is it so?

There is a beer that is brewed in the Riverland, Amazon Ale, by Woolshed Brewery, that has very similar characteristics as Squires Golden Ale.

Not a bad drop.

No offense Brod but I'm bemused that you rated Tasman Bitter 3 & Victoria Bitter a 5.5. I couldn't drink VB when it was given to me.

At least I could stomach it. After coaching a kids team a few years back one of the parents opened up his esky after the last game and said here you go mate, I got a carton for us to share, it was VB, I got half way through the first can and had to throw it away and tell him I was sick.
