My kids need to go back to school simply for the structure of their days. With both of us working from home, they've done what they want - which is fine but they need some normality back in their lives.

We're in exactly the same boat mate. Their routines have been shithouse to say the least, so we made the call today to send them back both for learning and social development purposes. Eldest is mortified, youngest thought it was the best news ever.

Yep, getcha. We're consoling ourselves with the fact that they are really on holidays. We just can't take them to the normal places we'd take them during school holidays - which in fact has most probably saved us a fortune. Bowling/movies etc, etc..... Hmm, maybe this isn't such a bad thing ;-)
