That's just it though - less & less people are working the traditional 9-5 working day.
Earlier starts/later finishes at work is on the increase - a lot of people don't like DLS.
except for driving to work in the dark, which i accept is more dangerous, especially if peak hour was in the dark, i cant see why having daylight at night negatively affects anyone.
my preference would be to try and have sunrise at 7.30 every morning. and move the time with that
