First day of Spring, nice day and just happened to be cruising up the Esplanade when I spotted quite a bit of talent on display around the Seacliff Hotel.
That day is almost upon us :)

My mum used to go full gourmet Port Adelaidean and spoon the Kraft Braised Steak & Onion into those little supermarket vol-au-vents and bake for a little bit. They were superb.

Prior to supermarket vol au-vents, we had Peek Freans Golden Puff biscuits, halved, BSO on top and put in the oven. Same dog different leg action. No long neck.

They were a real treat and could easily have them again.

This week...…

First aussie rules grand final this Saturday.
Invite to the medal count tonight
Training Tuesday & Thursday
Game day Saturday
After party at the pub in our town.

Going to soak up every minute of the week win, lose or draw especially given at the ripe old age of 38 (lol) it could be the last sporting grand final I participate in.
