I wonder how many people actually know what a student free day involves for teachers?

See if I'm close pafc1870 O:)

I think it would mean a day for professional development... as in new/up to date teaching methods, guest 'speakers' etc.

Could also be a day for communication between teachers, planning for future events etc, etc, etc.

And probably a lot harder than a normal school day.

O:)

Yep, it is for professional development that is almost always provided by guest presenters/speakers.

However the communication between teachers, planning for future events, etc is done after the students go home.
