Media Park just got a bit of a new perspective.
Has an Indian lad (19 or 20) staying with him at the moment.

I'm watching the India one-dayer on telly, and he says that the match is being played where he is from.
I think, yeah, India, it's a fairly broad call though...

He knew just by the oval? Nope! His family... His whole family, parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, were all sending him messages, they're at the game, and this lad is trying to peek them in the crowd...

Awesome...

all within an hour at/near work we have had...
there was a car crash at round a bout near work.
one of the hire cranes took out the power lines and now no power to factory(but we still hve power in office dammit)
and some guy getting arrested by 3 cops across the rd....

...that since I was a kid, the Magic Cave has really gone downhill. Visited there tonight for a look, and it just seems a lot smaller, but the cost to get a photo with Santa seems a bit rich (kids can see him for free without a photo still).

Media Park has his first anniversary coming up on the 27th.
Thinking I'm a nice guy, I went out and bought the missus one of these Pandora bracelets that people rave about, and a couple of little things to dangle off of it (charms according to the young bird who sold it to me).
Ten points for MP, and plus side, birthdays and valentines days are now covered with extra dangly things for it.

Go out for tea tonight and she mentions to her girlfriend with us that she owns a Pandora bracelet (she obviously does not know what I got her) and was complaining about it.

So 1) she already has one, 2) she hates them and 3) I have no time between now and the day to go and change it... :oops:

This could work in your advantage MP. You can give it to her still then when she realises she complained about it in front of you she may feel bad. Then booom she must now please you coz of the effort you went to for it.
