She has spoken to her coach and a couple of other club officials but it is obviously not getting the action required, I'm pretty sure the process is about to go up a notch.

Does the footy club have a child protection officer?

She's 25.

I think I may have it sorted, I sent him a message to cease contact with my daughter immediately, I attached a photo of his house.

Just thinking, it might have been worth openly CCing the email to a few select addresses. Like SAPOL and your footy club's admin.

Nah, he'll work out that I know some people from his club, I have spoken this morning to two club stalwarts that I've known for years and expressed my concerns and intentions.

He can take it or leave it, you start upsetting a man's daughter and you'd have to be expecting some sort of unsavoury response.

If it was my 17 year old then I would've been writing on here from the big house by now.

Her base salary is $1.5m. She brought some $3k watches for some executives, nobody would care if it was a $3k Xmas bonus.

Her predecessor, Fahour, received a base of $5.6m + $1.2m in bonuses in 2016.

Why do you rate that?
She has been amazing for AP and has turned the business around substantially. Far worse goes on in the industry and will continue to go on. I’d bet the next CEO is far dodgier

Yep, sad to see her go.
Has been brilliant in my dealings with her and has done some pretty amazing stuff for the business especially in SA which was largely ignored by her predecessors

Ex Virgin CEO Paul Scurrah is amongst the favourites.

Problem is the previous snouts in the trough have backed any subsequent CEO into a corner.

Hopefully this puts the middle level management on notice.

"She said she would not seek any financial compensation, meaning Ms Holgate would miss out on half her $1.4 million base salary she was entitled to if her contract was terminated without notice."
