One good thing about working from home is you can fire up the bbq each night and have a drink or two earlier.
I’ve gone from using the BBQ every 2-3 weeks to using it most nights.

I'm just jealous, I'd love to be from home too, although my guts wouldn't like it.

I had a beautiful wetsuit for winter, it was perfect for mid-winter Middleton and Goolwa surfs... then I got too fat, a mate borrowed it and knackered the zip and I haven't been back out since.

Used to love the Victor trips we used to have.... Parson's was amazing too, but the odd shark sighting put the frighteners up me for sure...

Those July mornings down at Victor when it was actually warmer in the water than outside

The trick was not to have the heater on in the Kingswood on the drive down, copped a trashing on the way home tho

Anzac dawn at home.

We lit candles and stood at the end of the drive way.

Initially we were the only ones out.

Slowly other households emerged, some with candles, some without.

In the distance we could hear magpies and birds greeting the arrival of dawn.

Then faintly, ever so faintly, the hint of a bugle.

We stood fast.

Lest we forget.

We went out.
Our neighbours also.

Then the house over the road the kids came out. They were 100/1 in my market so that was good.

And that was all we could see. Did hear another door or 2 opening up down the street around the bend.

No bugle down here, just the police chopper

We were the only ones we could see out on our street. Thought it was piss poor to be honest.

Could hear a couple of Last Posts from the row of houses behind us but that was it.
