All phones have issues. Easy to understand that. But the way they handled it was first class.

if it's covered by warranty and not something simply they can fix in store you will get a new phone. Even if the product was out of warranty they will diagnose the issue for free and give you a quote to fix it.

Wow. Apple hasn't stuffed up this badly in a while.

Took be a good 3 days of messing around to get iOS 8 to work on my iPhone 5, and I'm an electronic engineer... Sounds like I'm lucky for it to work at all

lol. I pretty much just tried everything until something worked, otherwise known as the throw shit against a wall until some of it sticks method.
