The same bloke you have been trying to help for a while?

Sad indeed.

No, the one I've been really close with is making excellent progress. He's doing really well. Living in Sydney with a sister short term before going to Perth longer term with a brother.

The chap who has passed on worked a little more indirectly with me, but in the same premises.

The two of them had quite a close relationship, both of them confiding in each other about their struggles. I'm not sure I should tell the other one about the other one at this point.....albeit I know he would want to know.

It all comes down to how you think he'd react. I know there's certain people I can't talk to, because either I can't burden them with my shit, or they'd react badly to it.

People in the warehouse coming into my office asking where stock is that they have signed in, put away or left on a pallet, and then forgotten. I haven't even seen the shit in my life and I still have to find it for them.

Plus I get attitude, coz its obviously my fault the stock can't get found, and its such an inconvenience to them they have to actually pick an order.

getting no acknowledgement from the 2 young women I held the door open for just a few mins ago at the local bakery

I guess if that's what you get for trying to do the polite thing than I will cease that behavior

Now, I have to unload* ticket myself so I am not stuck with it and no $$$$$. This sh!t grinds my gears, I want to kick puppies in the face when sh!t like this happens!!

well that's quite simple

you just start to simply have less and less contact with said people until they completely disappear out of your life

I'm assuming a mate has pulled the pin on you. I'd still be asking for the money, no problem. If he/she says "...but I'm not going..."

I'd be saying "Doesn't matter to me, you're the one who owes me the money for the ticket I purchased for you. Whether you use the ticket is up to you"

He is a mate of my brother but only got him a tkt as buying one for my brother at the time. No mention from him of "i'll give you the cash if you don't get rid of it". Luckily, I have just offloaded tkt........u live and learn.

Possibly because the word forfeit is derived from old French...?

General rule is i before e, except after c, when the sound is "ee".

What about friend, phonically that sounds like frend not freeend. I'm even more confused now.
