I also rate that we had our first meeting with a mortgage broker, and starting the process of building our first home.

Ooh, where are you looking at building?

Don't go normal house and land or you'll end up in the ghettos.
Any advice for cat doors [emoji6]

Unless they plan on building an outdoor cat area, they probably won't need a cat door cos they're indoor cats

We are looking at outdoor options. Probably some netting along the fence so they can chill out in the backyard. Probably supervised though.

The grand opening the other weekend was good too. Food trucks, live music. A good time.

I trust that some of that $10m went on a few pooncey glasses, or did they force you to drink your pilsener straight from the stubby?

Pooncey glasses are provided, however, I must express my dismay at drinking a pilsner from a standard pint glass. Unbelievable.

Hearing from an old cricket mate from many years ago today. He lives in Perth now but is over here in Melbourne for the footy (Power Follower) and to see his lad who lives here now for his birthday. Turns out his kid lives about 10 minutes from where I do now. Due to other commitments we may only get to grab a Sunday am coffee, but looking forward to it all the same!

The punting prowess of the males in my household.
Youngest pulls off an impressive all up at the nags, Eldest wins a good size poker tournament & Daddy dearest snares a 3 way footy multi @ 33s.
So we've booked a weekend in Melbourne, hopefully Queens Birthday weekend.
Hey soccer you owe us 45million.

The wife bought the ASX 6 months ago.
I have to say it’s a great car for a 4 cylinder with plenty of room.

Great on the petrol which you’d expect.

It was like she'd just got her P's again last night. Volunteering to go to the shops. "Needing" to go get petrol at 10pm.
