I only take what my cardiologist perscribes for me .Plus fish oil tabs and calcium tablets .But I do also need to take paracetemole tablets 8 hrs a day walking lifting carrying gets to much for the arthritis .
I take Glucosamine which seems to help, despite conflicting published studies, and I use paracetamol if I need any form of analgesic, but I am fortunate I only have a dodgy medial cartilage in my right knee and minor Sacro-iliac pain - both due to old injuries. It just the ones I mentioned above are just too potentially toxic for my liking, and I try to avoid anything highly addictive.
