If you paid by credit card you can get your money back. Under card scheme rules if you have paid for goods using your mastercard or visacard and you have not received your goods, you are able to "chargeback" the transaction to get your funds back.
If you contact the bank that issued your card they will tell you how you go about the process.
The same applies if you find your card details have been stolen and fraudulently used.
