They were but they were in the mall last Friday night when I walked past. Its a bit in limbo at the moment, they are saying they will further challenge things in court as they are saying their ban was un-constitutional.

ACC over turned the ban the other night. They can preach there with certain conditions.
Bagpipes were also unbanned.
