Never been to the Firm but my ex-girlfriend worked there after we broke up so I can't imagine it's great quality!

Not quite in the CBD, but the Earl of Leicester in Parkside does the best schnitzels in Adelaide with a top little front bar.

No TAB though if punting while drinking is your thing.
