I loathed Twitter for a long time and refused to subscribe to it, but gradually I've developed an interest in trying to come up with something astute (and, I hope, funny - I seem to be able to make people laugh just by talking s*** but it's a lot harder to be myself in 140 characters; I ramble on so much) in just a couple of sentences.
