Well it would be free actually. Since you don't know the prices of parking before you enter the carpark you get a little bit of time to get out if you don't agree with the prices.

I'll remember that one too. I love it!
But just a thought - wouldn't car thieves be aware of that as a way of stealing cars and getting them out, and wouldn't there, therefore, be CCTV to pick up people who get tickets that way.

The best solution is probably to wear a disguise including a red, white, and blue scarf when you walk in ad get the second ticket.
Then you chuck the disguise in the boot and drive out all innocent.
Then the cops can search for you where they would expect you to be!.

Another question is does the ticket machine give you a ticket if you aren't in a car? Does it have sensors?

Another thing with cameras......no one is going to watch them unless something goes wrong......

Your original ticket would show up as not paid. If it started happening a fair bit they'd prob spend a bit of the little cash they have to combat it.

Obviously there would be some law that says this shouldnt be happening. Is using the U Parks the same premise as renting a hotel room? You pay to use a space on someone elses property. It would be like doing a runner on your hotel bill wouldnt it?

Renting a hotel room should not be the same price as parking your car

i reckon you spend a day or night in town but before leaving y.ou grab another ticket, go back out for a short period of time so you pay the min amount

What if you lost your ticket though? It would be the only way to get your car out at some car parks.
