I do find it interesting that the police / media can establish that the gang consists of exactly 49 members, know where the gang was "formed" yet it is family members who persuade offenders to hand themselves in before police find the culprits.

Yes getting them off the streets is priority #1, but obviously the media is adding to the hype and creating something bigger out of this.
Perhaps I should go through the paper over the next few days, cut out all articles based around crimes from white people and then I can declare the state is being terrorised by "The gang of (insert number here ) white people!

Crimes happen every day, all over the place, by all different types of people - all the media is doing is pretty much catergorising all aboriginals as "gang of 49" hence creating a greater sense of fear/hatred etc towards them :S
