there has been for a long while .Perhaps they should convert the office space to flats units.

I've heard there are a number of Adelaide buildings suffering "concrete cancer", including what was the MLC building.
It may be that some of them are not worth the cost of upgrading for that reason.

CPL seem to have been going well in Melbourne, and selling some things cheaper than my reseller operation could get from wholesalers there.
They seem to know how to do it.

The stock from A and R is at MGS in coming weeks it will be auctioned.Look at mgs.net.au and when they sort it all out it will be displayed on website.Mecair the airconditioner also went broke from what i understand these 2 companies were very poor to deal with once they sold an item,they would give the customer the run around with any problems.All it takes is for people to start talking about bad service,the word can move around.
