The whole operation takes place under the guise of "Santa Clause" but it is simply a front for the corrupt organisation that makes it all possible.

The traditional Ho-Ho-Ho, jolly fat bloke in a red and white suit was the creation of the Coca-Cola company or at least their advertising team I think.
