Some of these are really funny, but the "Beer does a body good" one is a bit of a worry. It doesn't have the soft look of fat accumulated from the calories in beer and food.

The very rounded, tight-looking, abdomen would make me suspect ascites - an accumulation of serous fluid in the abdomen - and that may indicate incipient liver failure...
Of course gaseous distention is another possible cause but that raises the question of bowel obstruction....

Could be, but the red lines and stretched navel suggest it is more sustained.

The red lines could be either skin stretch marks or stretched external veins due to impaired flow through the bigger internal veins.
You can't really tell as well from a photo as in life, but there is enough there to concern anyone with a medical background.
