With the referendum coming up, some of the 'No' campaigners are saying it might affect a treaty in the future.
Can anyone tell me what a treaty is and what will it mean?

Correct, last thing you want is to pop a shoulder out reaching up for the bog roll.

Does daylight savings affect anyone? I’m not sure if that’s the reason or it’s just me.

I go to bed relatively early, I haven’t really been drinking much lately and have been eating very well but I always seem to be tired!

I have been getting to work earlier than I was at my previous job but I still wake up at the same time, I’ve been sleeping more solidly too.

I seemed to be more with it when I was drinking most nights, sleep deprived and lost my appetite.

Perhaps not just you. Thoughts only.

Daylight savings, start and end, are "measurable events" so we often say this or that started about/around when daylight savings or when the cold weather came in because it is something that triggers a memory.

GP's will tell you "how long have you had this pain in your foot" and get told some time such as 4/5 weeks, couple of months or when I got my new car or since I started riding my bike to work. First part vague the last part a narrowed timeline. Cause and effect or just a memory trigger? Could be neither or could be one or could be all.

Going by what you have said, all of this indicates that you are doing the right things in order to get the best (diet, sleep, general lifestyle) but you feel that generally speaking you are not benefitting from it. Daylight savings may have a small change on you for a while but at the end of the day it is just a clock change which your body clock adjusts to.

If you started getting on the gas heavily, sleeping less and eating junk I would suggest that after a matter of days you would feel worse. You may and I stress may be feeling the effects of older age. It happens to us all who are lucky enough to get there.

I always sleep terribly this time of year.
I've put it down to the spring weather. Windy nights, hayfever all day, etc.

I've generally found my issues start with a couple of weeks to go in September, so it's not daylight saving for me, but yeah, never fun when it's like this.
