Went through a few International Airports recently and was checking out cologne prices. I wasn't overly impressed with what I saw (pricing) and decided to just spend more on booze and get some spray when I get home. Went into Chemist Warehouse down the Bay on the weekend and found the cologne I wanted for HALF THE PRICE it was in several duty free shops.

100% agree, noticed the same things last year throughout Asia, and more recently going over to NZ. Duty Free, for colognes, is pretty much a waste of time now.

Absolutely mate, the one I usually wear is like $26 ATM, usually $50 odd at the cheapest.

Just checked David Jones and it is $115.00, which is roughly the same as in duty free.

Stupid as it sounds I don't mind the odd woft of Old Spice when I mess around in that part of the shed, brings back some good memories.
