You walk in and swipe your card before you go in and then the gate opens for you to go in.
You then pickup your drinks and just walk out without scanning your card again?
The cameras see what’s in your hands and charge you accordingly?

Yeah dealerships have never impressed with me either their price or service. (We used Ford and Mazda for new cars)
We still used City Mazda for the missus car but even with the discount because we bought it brand new there it would be still cheaper taking it elsewhere.
I took mine into a local place on a backstreet last time and was impressed with them.
Thanks for the reminder too as mine is overdue, always forget with the Mazda as nothing ever goes wrong with them!
Had mine for over 10 years and 90k and still have only had to replace a battery, brake pads, filters and tyres!

Had similar at Adelaide Oval when I was last year but you still had to use your card each time. I wasn't impressed that my old job had been replaced by a machine which new what beers I'd got!

I think its Sweden where there is entire supermarkets that are completely staff less working off that similar system. I believe even re-stocking the shelves is done via conveyer belt and robots.

Usually works out at a bit less as you may get an unused leave lump sum tax offset. But remember you can only claim the tax free threshold once so if you earnt 60k and got a 30k payout you'll be getting taxed at 32.5% minus the offset if you're eligible.
The offset doesn't show on the Estimator but is worked out for you automatically if you put the lump sums in the correct areas of the tax assessment and your income statement from your employer should details that.
