I thought it made sense to get your petrol for your business, and all you odds and ends, and put it all through on your card together as tax deductable milk ... er.. I mean petrol!

This courier driver one day (I wont describe him as he would be easy to spot) .He pulled up to the pump filled up walked inside paid and bought the paper.Meanwhile I am waiting to use the LPG .Nothing wrong with that . mind you he was facing the wrong way with his ute.
He walks up to the back of his ute puts paper in his ute and stands there reading it .
I started tooting my horn I wanted to get fuel and be on my way to work.He ignored me .
So I wound down my window and yelled out"no wonder my company doesn't use your mob anymore "
Glaring at me he got in and drove off .
Latter that day he delievered to my work place
All I could do was laugh to myself as he was dropping off goods.

I wasn't aware of that. Its quite ridiculous. If they're going to do that, they should have 2 separate customer service areas, one for cash, and one for card.

SP's 'performance' on 5aa just now. I hope you have the excuse of being drunk and I hope nobody from the Davis family was listening. To go on air and announce one minute that you are on the verge of tears and deeply upset over what happened and then instantly change the subject by saying that Sturt are going to 'smash' Westies and start giggling like a 12 yo was appalling to listen to...even the presenter queried your sincerity. Shame on you Pete...express sympathy by all means but don't be a drama queen.

Don't blame SP, he can't help himself.
Blame the producers who let him on.

Hurtful comments made by a moderator who tell you that all your posts are disrespectful of people and that you talk down to them. As a result, he now deletes posts of mine. I may be far from perfect but I certainly never try to be disrespectful of anyone. If I ever have been, sorry. To make sure I won't be in the future, I am leaving this site.

BDP, I had a brush with one of our moderators here, and we exchanged a few terse PMs, but we resolved the issue and reached agreement. The same thing happened on another site where I hacked in and re-instated a post of mine that had been censored. That mod and I exchanged PMs too and my post stayed up with some extra words from me clarifying the intent of my comment, which had been misunderstood. [I've probably used too many words at times, since, trying to be very clear about what I mean.]

My point here is that these things are resolvable, with good will on both sides, and a good site has room for diverse opinions and ways of seeing things.

People who lie and draw long bows and people who you exchange over 50 pms with trying to resolve an issue by explaining to them they are welcome to reraise a topic in the General Discussion board where it isnt taking a thread off topic only to have them sulk further when it appears the issue is resolved.
Also people that dont understand what the first word in 'Private Message' means.
Hypothetically speaking in both cases of course.

The lawyer for that Austrian bastard (who locked his daugthter away in a dungeon) signalling that they'll use the insanity defence

This guy needs to be dealt with and made to pay for whatever he is found guilty to have done, not put in a hospital in cushy surrounds for the rest of his life!!

The last guy I saw who got off murder on the grounds of insanity spent longer in the security wards at an SA hospital than he would have spent in gaol if convicted. The problem for him was, as the law stood then, that he couldn't be released until the hospital Superintendent signed a confirmation he was now effectively treated and safe, but as that Superintendent did not believe there was a Psychiatric condition to treat he could not ethically sign the confirmation.
