Best thing for health is getting the hell out of an office! I rate doing that!
About the same amount of weight melted off me after I stopped working in the defence precinct up north. Being surrounded by public servants is unhealthy, I tells ya!
Even worse when they leave the public service. Bang on about how they used to work for the gubbinment, work? Wouldn't know what work was even if they filled out a form 3567C/2a and got it signed off by their department head.
*cough* *cough*
Can you answer my phone at 6am when a contractor decides inclement weather has cancelled today's work? How about an emotional Principal or Kindy director because the sky apparently fell in at 6pm on a weeknight or heaven forbid a Sunday morning.
I'll be on the golf course
Done. In turn for 6 months of the year during day light savings you can answer mine until 8:30 pm when the Perth contractors are on their way home for the day and do their programming for the next week or two? Or, when Auckland rings at 7am their time to let you know a container has been despatched?

If you want to go far, go together.
