I ring citibank when I feel like going off my nut. They wont let me change my address or find anything out about my account as my secret question is what's my mum's maiden name? They have an answer that isn't correct and they cut me off, I moved nearly 11 months ago and have no idea what I'm meant to pay per month or if I owe anything at all.
All my work colleagues urge me to call them when it's pretty dull here, it draws a crowd with the endless insults.

Try driving around the UK. Fuel price is listed with similar numbers to Australia but it is in pounds not dollars.....
