Modbury Heights bakery on Ladywood Rd goes well for me every Sunday morning.

Just got told about Kronpuss Cakes on Torrens Road. According to a few workmates its amazing, but I google mapped it and it doesnt have the best aesthetics. Im still gonna give it a crack. Hopefully I dont get serial killed :lol:

For pies, sausage rolls, cakes etc can't fault it.

But their stock standard loaf of bread has plenty of room for improvement.

They also supply most of the lower EP region apart from the supermarkets the Port Lincoln ones seem to be disappearing....

Google map 185 Torrens Road, Ridleyton...corner of Wright street...apparently its a bakery...im scared... :shock:

We get their products at Foodland and they go alright.

St Peters bakery hard to beat and also Prices Bakery at Hillcrest

Grandparents lived on Tait St Renown Park - I used to head to Kronpuss Cakes with Nanna every holidays. Were great. Yes, the building is dodgy!

@Pag: Modbury Heights one is 2 minutes walk from me, very cheap!
I love 'Food and Stuff'. It's where I buy all of my food. And most of my stuff.

yeah my dad took me there one arvo

I saw the building and thought whatever I eat will kill me!!!!!

but it was very good and have been back since.

the Yankalilla bakery, delicious. vanilla slice................

50 years old nearly and did my apprenticeship there.
