Modbury Heights bakery on Ladywood Rd goes well for me every Sunday morning.

Just got told about Kronpuss Cakes on Torrens Road. According to a few workmates its amazing, but I google mapped it and it doesnt have the best aesthetics. Im still gonna give it a crack. Hopefully I dont get serial killed

Rawles at Tumby goes ok too.

For pies, sausage rolls, cakes etc can't fault it.

But their stock standard loaf of bread has plenty of room for improvement.

They also supply most of the lower EP region apart from the supermarkets the Port Lincoln ones seem to be disappearing....

St Peters bakery hard to beat and also Prices Bakery at Hillcrest

A really good bakery is at Port Augusta. If you are going north on the highway chuck a leftie at the first set of traffic lights and it is just around the corner. A Hugh range of flavoured pies, pasties and cakes etc. it's all going on there.

Dont have anything from the bakery in the main street, had some there last week and it was aweful.

Is that the French Bread shop or something? Vietnamese I think. Their curry pies are ok I've had them before.

Grandparents lived on Tait St Renown Park - I used to head to Kronpuss Cakes with Nanna every holidays. Were great. Yes, the building is dodgy!

Got a massive steak and mushroom pie filled to the brim with chunky meat for $2.70.

Hank's at O'Halloran Hill still gets my vote for its pasties and beesting cakes.
