I had an employee in Sydney resign and then demanded pro-rata LSL because he'd been there 9 years
There's no pro-rata in NSW like here.
I asked him for a reason why we should pay "because he been there 9 years and we should"
When I told him 10 years means 10 years and its there for a reason, he got all abusive
Great strategy...........
