A movie on Fox last night called Roboshark. The biggest load of butt jizz i have every seen. Lasted 10 minutes watching and my retinas are still paying the price today. I pay full tote odds to have all the fruit with Foxtel and they put garbage like that on. WTF!

There's no pro-rata in NSW like here.
I asked him for a reason why we should pay "because he been there 9 years and we should"
When I told him 10 years means 10 years and its there for a reason, he got all abusive

She reckons work places should be looking for more up front bonus structures instead of the long term loyalty bonus that long service leave offers.

Refered to the new generation coming through as the tinder workforce and therefore the longer term bonus won't work for them.

With that she is suggesting, we would move closer to a mercenary work force than anything else.
