I really can’t see it moving forward unless a a big international developer picks up most of the projects and has state government funding also.
It looks like there’s no vision with it.
Most pubs are doing it tough in that area of the Port is my understanding and being to a couple lately on Saturday nights I can see why

We do tend to talk about projects here in Adelaide as opposed to making them happen like other states.
