" The weather in Adelaide today was about average...the Power played at Adelaide Oval today, they were just a bit above average"

The hard rubbish scavengers cruising the streets of stepney scoping out the preloved goods on the side of the road. I reckon I've seen a good 6-8 utes, vans and station wagons doing no more than 15km/h to make sure they don't miss the best bits...

Saying "Cmon Port, Jesus!" at the footy yesterday and be asked by an ol' chap to "Watch my language".

"Huh?"

"I've been a Port supporter for years..." he says, "and there is alot to swear about this year but please, there is no need to blaspheme"

LMFAO :

"Well then, you'll f***** hate it when I start swearing!" :D

A while back we arranged a hard-rubbish pick up with the council (Marion). Left a whole lot of old whitegoods, dead computers, all sorts of trash out the front.

By the time the rubbish collectors came, all that was left was a broken chair.

I lived in The Netherlands for a while some time ago and they had a hard rubbish collection every second week!

We were itinerant workers living in tents at the local campsite and boy did we scavenge some great furniture! One group of Aussie stoners had their whole tent set up like some sort of Egyptian temple, complete with wicker chairs, palm fronds, vases and decorative carpets.

When we all left all the stuff went back out onto the street.

What an awful thing to call someone on the service counter at Woolies. Not their fault they've been rostered there.
