Agreed. Hope you've had a good birthday mate!

Why would you object to working on your birthday FC?

i've worked once on my birthday my whole working life and it was the worst day ever - I choose not to work on my birthday - something wrong with that?

I didn't say there was anything wrong with it. I was just curious as to why you would take a day off. You perhaps don't enjoy your job

x2
My point really is why do people try and opt out of work using every flimsy excuse known to man. If you love your job you don't want to abandon it for a freakin birthday. What's that all about?

It's my birthday and I like to relax and celebrate with family and friends

I cant do that at work, so I don't work.

I enjoy my work but don't really want to spend my day around people I barely tolerate.

It's not rocket science

So do you take the day off as an annual leave day, a sickie or as an unpaid day off?

Is prefer to not acknowledge the day. I don't wanna grow up

Is that near the Coles? seems like a pretty straight forward intersection to me.

No BP Servo on the right on Holbrooks

Holbrooks terminates on to Grange road and East Terrace also runs into Grange Rd.

Surprising how many imbeciles per week try to cut into the outside lane on Grange Rd heading towards the city to turn onto East Terrace.

Ahhhh the mere mention of East Terrace Flinders Park gives me a little quiver. Major high school sweetheart lived there.

Mechanics trying to overcharge me for shit. I put my 2003 BA Fairmont in for a much much needed service this morning. I admit, its running really shit at the moment. He left a voicemail on my missus' phone pretty much calling her a piece of shit for letting it get like it is (she drives it). So I just called the wanker back and asked what the problem was. He said we need a part to make it run a bit smoother, THEN he can think about servicing it.

Apparently I need a "throttle activator control motor". From them it will cost over $400 for the part and about $150 to fit. I rang Athol Park Ford Wreckers and can get the whole assembly for $150. Just going to ring around and get another quote on fitting it.

Just told the bloke to park my car out the front and not to touch it any more, Ill pick it up tonight. Ill have a few words for him if he tries to charge me for anything. He'll probably already get a few words for talking to my missus like he did.
