do what I'm doing at the moment will give you a massive dose of the shits, being bounced around Telstra from one section to another to another to try and sort out me actually getting what I was told I was being sold, their customer service is absolute crap and it's always someone elses fault who doesn't work there anymore!!

This one I needed to talk to them, after the 3rd transfer I ended up with the retention section (just after I blew my lid and told them where they could stick there phone, internet, T Box and mobile). At least I got listened to there and he will chase up the contractor that promised me something that looks like probably can't be delivered to see what can be done. I supplied him with enough detail for him to be fairly certain I did get offered what I am telling him, 1 hr 42 minutes on the phone and I have to wait 'till tomorrow to find out he outcome

Technobabble. Grrrrrr. I'm trying to buy a boxed set of dvd's on eBay and when I find exactly what I want and go to buy it I get a warning that it is a Region 2 set and Australia has Region 4 compatibility. Dead end

Why would that stop you?
Buy a cheap DVD player from Dick Smith that has multi-region compatibility. We had to do this because my wife is a foreigner.
