Just before 5.30am on Thursday 26 November, a woman woke in her Sturt Road home, to her dog barking and the smell of cooking coming from the kitchen.

On investigation, the home owner found a woman standing at the kitchen stove cooking chicken and eggs in a frypan.

When challenged the unwanted cook walked out of the house via a rear door.

More often than not I've known them to be referred to as Blink 182, I've only heard Americans on TV shows, on YouTube and in other media call them Blink One Eighty Two. The first time I heard them referred to as Blink one Eighty Two was on the Simpsons, where them and Tony Hawk guest starred and he referred to them as Blink One Eighty Two.

If so, what methods and long did it take to have them back at reasonable levels?

Constant challenge for me over the years. Got mine to almost perfect levels earlier in the year simply by cutting back (out) alcohol.

I also exercised bit more and was conscious of what I was eating, but it was the alcohol that made the big difference.
