Killed Stephanie Brown, too!
Twice, I think?

Drop my car off this morning for it's first service, get nice free paper and bottle of water - then conceirge asks if I'd like a lift to work.
me: "yes, please I'm on the corner of South and Richmond"
them: "sorry, we won't drop off out of the CBD"
They pretty much said they'll drop someone all the way to East Terrace but won't take someone 5 mins away to Mile End. They said they'd order a taxi.
45 minutes later and I'm now late for work after arriving at CMI at 7.50am (thinking I'd have plenty of time to get to work) - I'm still waiting out the front for my "VIP" taxi. Unfortunately I'm not in the type of job where I can just waltz in late willy nilly either...
I went inside and did my narna and lo and behold, the customer service manager then offers to take me to work - it took a whole 7 minutes (including stupid Anzac Hwy roadworks)
Not only that - they decide to tell me when I drop my car off that I'm getting such and such done at the fixed price service price - but my car also needs fuel injectors cleaned at an extra cost of $122. Why wasn't I told this at time of booking, instead of when I rock up?
Not. Happy. Jan.

ALthough the shoes I'm wearing today aren't exactly walking shoes, so in reality probably wasn't an option
