A bit delayed but my 14 year old daughter claimed the wicket of Sarah Coyte for a second ball duck on Saturday in the A Grade Womens district semi final.

She didn't realize what all the hype was about initially but soon worked it out by her team mates' excitement. Sarah destroyed them a couple of weeks ago.

The International break allows me to watch Bradford City on BeIn Sports... 2-1 up at half time...

Though no doubt by the end of the game I will be posting the the Sh1ts thread to complain about throwing away another win...

Good work, from the bits I saw this year you looked easily the best. It will be good to see Freeling back in the A2's next season

Reckon with our team from this year we could have a serious tilt at the 2s flag too.

Issue will be how many get retained or how many have to play ones next year

Reckon you are underestimating the 2's mate, couple of pretty decent sides up there. From what I've seen in our time up in the comp there hasn't been too many sides come straight up and be successful. Ango especially are a very good side

Good on you Benny congratulations mate. Outstanding that your team went through undefeated. What grade do you play?

Just got home after a successful Mad Monday as our group did a pub crawl down Semaphore road. Feeling so tired but so damn happy, it's been an amazing 24 hours. I have the day off work tomorrow to recover and then it's straight into footy now.

We played two seasons in the 2s back in 13/14 and 14/15 and you're right, it is a decent step up. But although we finished down near the bottom in our couple of years we weren't far away, and I think our team is significantly better this year.

Would rely on our top end. If they have to go play ones we will struggle a lot

Yeah, for memory you were in or around the top 4 for most of the year and just missed out in one of those years. I think you are definitely better than a couple of sides currently in the A2's
