one thing I HAVE noticed, The North supporters I have met (Wedgie, Fish, Drebin, TSG, RTG, The Sheik) are all overweight alcoholics, whereas the Glenelg supporters I have met (SJABC, Pseudo, JB, Dedja, Rushby) are closet-dwelling weirdos! The Norwood supporters are my faves, you don't know where you stand with them OR even if you like them or not! makes it hard to follow my secret favourite team

I was raised in Paralowie. I've never strayed too far away from there.

Hang on a sec, I am overweight (well going by my old "playing weight"), I am the definition of an alcoholic, have lived in at least 3 closets (mind you one was a walk in). I have never lived in a "working class" area, yet have been a housing trust kid growing up in the the east, south & west of Adelaide. I have had a job since I was 15, and I have ALWAYS been a Norwood man.
Where the frig do I fit in with you mob?

I don't discriminate. To me, a good bloke/sheila is a good bloke/sheila, no matter what team they support. I was just pointing out what I perceive to be similarities between two supporter groups. But I'll talk to anyone if they're not a knob.

I do like the idea of an officially sanctioned safooty event. I think there would be many stories to be told.
