The manager wasn't impressed.
Then we negotiated which is fun.
At one point I got up, shook the agents hand and said thanks but no thanks....he rushes upstairs to the manager, then we have a deal

Mrs Boon getting me a couple of tickets for my b'day to see Bill Bailey's show in a couple of weeks. Can't wait.

Having the office to myself this morning until 11am. Amazing how much work can get done without the surrounding bullsh!t.

Similar, I now work from home one day a week, amazing how much work I get done with no kids/wife/workmates distracting me

Should be a great show. Saw him a few years back at Thebby, absolutely hilarious. Incorporates a lot of music into the show since he sings, plays guitar, keyboards...he even played the melody to Gary Numan's "Cars" on a collection of car horns.

Getting the pre-approval for a home loan on Friday. Now just have to find the right house to buy, I'm constantly checking on real estate and keeping an eye and ear out. Pretty excited but aware it might take awhile to find the house I want. Looked at a handful so far but they're not quite what I want.

The wait at the bank to see the manager gave me the shits though. Got there at 3.55 for the meeting at 4 and waited 50 mins to see her. They're never in any rush there lol but she was really good about it and very helpful.
