I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Drawing a maze for my son - yeah, anyone can do that I guess, but it was a reasonably difficult one and my little boy got a real kick out of it. :) I think that's the part that I really rate!

Same here. We had the laundry hung up under the verandah too. And a creek formed in the backyard that went straight under the workshop door - had to move all the electrical stuff  But I still loved the rain.

I'd had that problem several times last year, so over the summer I pulled up the garden in lower step of the retaining walls and ran about 20 meters of 90mm pipe underground around the house in the other direction to split the load. The house is over 20 metres wide so it now has a run down to the road on both sides of the block.
The previous owner had six downpipes all delivering into one 90mm pipe down one side - OK in light rain, but not sufficient in a storm.
All the plants that I wanted survived the dual transplant procedure...
