FlexiRent.

Huge mistake getting a laptop on a 2 year contract with them. They blatantly STEAL money from my account nearly every month.

Christmas Day I got a msg saying I defaulted an $85 payment when I had over 10x that in that account. When I rang they said it mustve been a problem with my bank, so I had to pay an extra $30. Then I look at my internet banking the other day and theres TWO payments to FlexiRent. One for $106 and one for $117. And I couldnt ring them to sort it out today because they're shut on the weekend.

Now instead of them just canceling one of the pending payments, I have to wait til they go through, then send them a copy of my bank statement with an email telling them I want it back.

And they keep trying to get me to upgrade when the contract runs out in March. Suck my **** ****!!!

Lesson learned with them on this side as well. Fortunately it was a business expense so not as painful, but for personal use it's a goddamn ripoff. Warn everyone you know about FlexiRent and Harvey Norman.

Taking 3 days off at half pay and bloody work stuffing up and taking 7 days out at half pay! Had budgetted for $300 less this pay not over $700! No biggy as I can just dip into my Thailand fund for the fortnight but a pain in the arse none the less. I love how they can only pay arrears they owe you in the following pay but if they overpay you they manage to find a way to take it straight back!

My gripe is about our system and not our HR staff though. Just got a comprehensive email back agreeing with me and actually telling me theyd have the minies owed to my bank account within 2 days. Would have been bad luck if I hadnt have contacted them though!
