1. How are you finding it?
Not too bad for first day today. May pall after a couple weeks. When I think it will hit badly is if I am then stuck at home on the weekend, which i don't mind when I go to work normally
2. Would you prefer to be in your normal environment with your colleagues?
Ambivalent at the moment. Most of the people I work more closely with are at other locations anyway.
3. Is it really slow today (Mon March 23rd), or about normal?
Madness. But that's the time of year in our industry.
4. Are you managing to fit other things into your day?
Not trying to, for the moral obligation to my employer. Trying to keep as set routine as normal, starting and finishing, breaks etc (except for these ten minutes of here!!), and exercise and housework outside of work hours as normal.

Yep carpenter advocacy group Carpentry Australia are saying they are good to continue with precautionsCorona Man wrote:Sheik Yerbouti wrote:Corona aren't you guys on essential business only restrictions? If so are the building industry suppliers still open?
At ts stage we are open for business. I'd argue that we are essential suppliers, but I am not at the level to make that argument. I really don't know about builders, in any official sense. I did see something on FB (so take that with a grain of salt) that builders/contractors are good to continue.

I'd imagine in his line of work ( logistics ) he'd be quite busy.
