Exactly, while it may be legal to do 100 with a caravan, may not be the smartest thing to do

The thing that shites me with caravans, is that you always end up behind one on windy parts of the road where you can't overtake and before you know it, said caravan has a trail of cars behind him going back for 2km, yet they won't do the courteous thing and pull over in a safe place allowing other faster cars to go past.

Yeah pretty much this.

Caravan owners are some of the most selfish people around.

That's because most of them are old people that are in no hurry to get anywhere and think no one else is either.

People that think when they see a sign 110/kmh this means the min speed you should be travelling. These people should not be allowed on the road

Blood noses...

Currently recovering after my 7th since Saturday night. This one lasted 35 minutes, well I've blocked it up and hoping it doesn't start again, I'm laying down and still have the monster clot in there, the longer I can leave it the less chance of it starting up again.

And I only just got home from the hospital after one this afternoon that lasted an hour. BUT the ENT specialist wouldn't look at it because it wasn't actively bleeding... Regardless of the past 36 hours... What a joke, now I've been put on the RAH ENT waiting list which is probably 3-4months long!!!

I'm just gonna take the referral somewhere else and sort this thing out!!!

So frustrating!!!
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

nuggety - lean forward that means it wont run back and clot it will run forward. where is footy chick?

2. Lean forward, not back. Don't try to protect a favorite shirt by leaning back. The blood needs to go somewhere and will most likely go down the throat. If the victim leans back, blood could get in the windpipe causing a blocked airway, or go into the stomach. Blood may irritate the stomach lining and cause the victim to vomit.

NG, go to a normal doctor and get your nose cortised (sp? ie; have cortisone stuck up your nose, don't worry, it's not injection form), the walls of your nasal cavity are probably that thin now, you'll continue to get them, and blowing your nose excessively, or excessivley hard will just make it worse.

Also, when you are having a blood nose, have an ice pack or 2 handy, one to put on the back ofyour neck and one to put on the front, as this will slow down the blood flow to your nose.

It seemed to work for me, unfortunately now my sinuses are that bad that I'm going for another scan next tuesday to determine whether I go in for operation no.3 :(

David Mattison in private practice North Adelaide is good.
Cortisone creams are a little dubious if the membrane is already thin as it tends to thin them more.
Also if you have any tendency to cold sores you could finish up with them throughout the nasal cavity as a result.
