On holidays, bagging out on King George Whiting and a couple of Crays to put icing on the cake. Now for a surf and some beers. Ahh the life

If you're making fish cakes then I'm not sure they need icing. ;)

I already own many pairs of stretch pants, as I'm quite the husky gentleman.

I guess the crays and abalone will have to suffice...

Albeit having come to an abrupt end, I rate my holiday break.

Pretty much did **** all around the house other than getting the garden into sparkling order, fished 4 mornings of the 16 I had off, 4 others on the jetty crabbing with mixed results, in total probably 30 odd blueys, a dozen or so yellow fin and some nice mullet.

A couple of decent rides on the pushy ( got out over 40k's for the first time in decades ) and even got Mrs.Boon to hop a leg over her bike for a nice day out along the beach. Got the old Falcon polished up for the nice summer ahead, spent two days out in that.

Got up to the Clare Valley ( Shut the Gate winery, nice spot, great way of doing their platters. They have fridges and you pick your own items to munch on ), Pikes Brewery, they make a delicious Sparkling Ale and a Tonic Ale ( 2.0% ) that really goes will with a Sapphire Gin. ;)

Xmas Day with both the wife and my families in one spot, everyone got along and had a great day instead of going all over town.

New Years Eve spent as a family, burgers at Nordburger, drive along the beach, couple of beers near Largs and home just before midnight to see in the new year under the tree in the backyard with a Jacks and Dry.

Really got out and enjoyed the two weeks off.

Levi jeans.

Well worn, Levi jeans.

Cut into shorts.

Short shorts.

So short the pockets dangle down out of the bottom of them at the front.

I like them.
